“I need to replace my KECC502GBL 30 inch cooktop that has been in use for over 23 years. Please advise if there is an older model with a shorter depth that would fit in my current cutout. New models have 5 inch depth - my model has a 3 1/2 inch depth.”

I have the exact same problem. I need to replace my current cooktop with my oven built underneath. My current cooktop is 3 5/8 inches in height and all the new ones are over 5 inches. Did you end up finding one that fits? Help please!
