I have had numerous visits by Whirlpool or Appliance Repair for various issues. They just replaced the middle burner base thinking that was causing the noise It did not. There are so many issues with this stove top. My wife and I so wish we would have chosen another stove top. See my review

Can see the flame flickering in the port. This is irritating. This was answered instructing me to call Kitchen Aid. I have tried. I have spoken to several "agents". Last was a supervisor. She told me that we can not speak to technicians. She wanted to send out a tech from Appliance repair. He has been out here on other issues and is completely lost. When I told him my probe was off, he told me to read my book and calibrate the oven. Moron. However, I tried support, and I can not get support, I can not speak to an engineer or anyone with knowledge at Kitchen Aid/Whirlpool. I was in hopes that Kitchen Aid or Best Buy would respond with an answer that would help.
