“Hi. The four outside burners turn on but when I try to turn on the middle burner, they all go off. The middle burner does not turn on independently. Do we need to replace the burner or is there another problem? Thank you.”

I have not installed the cooktop yet but intend to do so on The day after tomorrow. I will have the problem checked then. Did you call kitchen aid? If I have a problem I will come back and let you know. This doesn't sound right.

I can have all burners on at the same time. Sounds like there is a problem with the burners.
