QuestionWhen is this ever going to be available in Ventura County (California)? Been waiting 6 months. Currently available at Lowes and Home Depot stores less than 5 miles away. I'd buy it at the other places if I didn't have a bunch of store credit $.

QuestionI have this oven for about two months. I was cleaning it and noticed that each oven has a tray at the bottom. Looks a bit like an upside down cookie tray. It is not attached. I read the manual and still cannot figure out what this tray is

QuestionJust purchased one week ago. When the oven is on extreme heat blows out from under the control panel. Oven was at 425. It would have burned our hand had we left it there. Is that normal?
