Hello BB, The gas units come ready to install with Natural gas but a conversion kit can help in regards to converting the appliance to liquid propane. We hope this helps.

Our unit came with a kit to modify the gas connection for propane, the instructions also provide guidance on modifying the burners for propane as well.

Not that I know of. Mine is connected to my kitchen gasoline only
