Alfred, this is normal for ovens. The pre-heat timer will go off when the oven is ready for food to be put in. It may not be completely up to the set temperature.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have only had this stove for about one month. Everything I have baked took much longer than the directions. This leads me to believe this stove is not the correct temperature with both regular baking and convention baking. I am going to purchase a thermometer to place in the oven and see if the temperature is off. I believe it's a problem with this model.
