What you need to know about this range is that it is a special installation. It took FIVE tries (scheduling crews, who would show up and say they couldn't do the job) and many, many calls and visits to stores to get this product installed. I purchased installation online when I placed the order. But when the delivery people brought the range, they said they could not install. So if you order this range, you should do it IN STORE, and make sure you are dealing with a knowledgeable person who knows this requires special installation. The standard BestBuy / Geek Squad is not staffed to do these installs. This range replaced an older Jena-Air downdraft at a home that is now a rental property, and my poor tenants were without a range for over a MONTH. In the end, Best Buy gave additional discounts and eventually got it solved, but it was a headache. Again -- go into the store and be sure you're dealing with a product specialist who KNOWS this product and its requirements.
