QuestionAre there any oven cleaners that are safe to use on the interior of this oven? My husband unfortunately let bacon grease build up without cleaning between uses, and a 'wet soft cloth' is insufficient to clean the interior. What do you advise?

QuestionDoes not seem to broil well. Top element goes on and off to maintain max temp setting of 450 , that's not high enough and element should stay on for broil. Am I doing something wrong?

QuestionThe air fryer basket is hard to slide in/out. Anyone else experience this - and is there a way to make it glide better?

- Answer It could be the heat has warped the side rails of the air fry basket. Set it on a flat table to see if it sits level. If not, hand bend the rails to be straight again. Mine slides in just fine. I checked and the side rails on my basket are straight not bowed.

- Answer Not certain if lining the crumb tray with aluminum foil is approved however, that’s the way I do it. Easy clean up.
