Yes, we ground brisket for burgers. Worked great

Yes it will,just did that today! I ground up ~6 lbs chuck roast, half using the medium grind plate and the rest using the largest grind plate ( for chili and such). It was quick work.

Yes, but you will need to partially freeze and cut the meat in smaller strips. Partially frozen meat is stiffer and easier to feed into the grinder. It also helps when cutting it into appropriate size to fit the grinder.

I used this to grind cubed beef into hamburger. I felt it was easy. Cleaning the pieces was a tad more work but worth the trouble. Just soak before cleaning.

Yes. There are a few grinding/cutting wheels which affords a choice for finer to coarser burgers.
