QuestionWill this grind venison with some sinew on it

- Answer No. Not even commercial grinders are able to process sinew. You might get lucky with a very tiny amount and the coarse grind but it is inedible anyway. Just so other readers understand: Sinew is the shiny, "skin like" layer that attaches the muscle to bone.

- Answer Hi JR, The tubes are 3/8 and 5/8 inches in diameter. KitchenAid only offers the sausage stuffer tube sizes that are included with the food grinder.
