“Will Klipsch RP-600M II speakers work well with a vintage Marantz 1060 Amplifier?”

• The Marantz 1060 is a very capable amp and is being a quality older amp is conservatively rated compared to the rather imaginary ratings on some amps in the last few decades. These Klipsch speakers are very sensitive and quite easy to drive. The 1060 in spite of it's 30W per side rating would drive them wonderfully. The "expert" advisor here probably knows nothing of older amps or how amps actually work, unfortunately there is a lot of that about as we live in an age of information but sadly not all of it is good information.
