Is there a better way to get them to stay in your ears? null

As they aren't marked L and R, I had this question also. I found the cushion tips point back when you put them in and they tend to stay a little better.

Try twisting them forward in your ears. It worked for me.

Only thing I found that worked was to pick up some memory foam ear buds. I use Shure brand ear buds but these may work.

Never had a problem with pads that come with them, but comes with 3 others--have you tried one of them?

I have used Shure Triple flange Sleeves EATFL1-6 EA306 Ear tips with these as well as other earbuds. They need a little time to warm up and soften, then they go deep and seal out the noise. They stay put fairly well when I run even. Bought my set on ebay. These provide really good sound isolation as well.

The set comes with a variety of differently sized ear cups, so I would recommend trying each pair of these to see if the right fit can be found. There are 3 or 4 total sets to try in the package, so make sure you try them all.
