As they aren't marked L and R, I had this question also. I found the cushion tips point back when you put them in and they tend to stay a little better.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used Shure Triple flange Sleeves EATFL1-6 EA306 Ear tips with these as well as other earbuds. They need a little time to warm up and soften, then they go deep and seal out the noise. They stay put fairly well when I run even. Bought my set on ebay. These provide really good sound isolation as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The set comes with a variety of differently sized ear cups, so I would recommend trying each pair of these to see if the right fit can be found. There are 3 or 4 total sets to try in the package, so make sure you try them all.
