Q: What is the diff between these and the " sports " foam version ?

A: The sports are a bit more gainer / course so they grip better. Sport is still comfortable but little less fidelity in sound but far better than anything on market... Jaybird Comply's are made specifically for Jaybirds. Comply makes earbuds that can be used in a variety of other manufactures earbuds... But these are specifically designed forJaybird. They are on sale now for $9.99 so I highly recommend you get a pair and try them out. Get the 2yr protection for $6.99 because they will wear out and then you can simply replace all of them for free... Again... Sports grip a lot better and have slightly less fidelity overall.... But are good... I tend to like the isolation comply better because sound difference is noticeable because of the extra isolation from ambient noise

Comply™ Premium Foam Isolation Ear Tips are Best
JayBird - Comply™ Premium Foam Isolation Ear Tips are custom made for Jaybird X2 & X3 and some of the absolute best, if not the best tips for isolation and comfort. They're comfortable after many hours of continuous use, stay in place and reasonably durable ( last 2.5 to 3 months of everyday use minimum of 3 hrs per day, everyday: in gym, walking, relaxing, listening to lectures, inspirational talks, music... ) Best buy has some of the best prices and if you add a warranty you'll get even more use and life because earbuds are guaranteed to fail and become useless over time. Three different sizes come in package ( large, medium & small ) I get 2 to 4 months of use from medium, then another 2 to 4 months use of small then can use warranty to get brand new package... I also like sport version of these tops as they're a bit more grainy and coarse in texture and stay in ear even better... But between sport & isolation, I prefer isolation more because of noise isolation and better sound quality...

Sounds Good
This my third pair, WOW!!!!!!!!!! Why three, pairs? My first pair which was actually the backbeat go2 went capoot, I went out and purchased the bbg3 and the lost that pair, so now I'm on my third pair. However, the sound is great, but could be louder, so to counteract the loudness I purchase some noise canceling cushions which works perfectly to cancel outside noise so that all I hear is the music, but I still want them louder. My main reason for purchasing these, was the fact that I can interact with Siri with out touching my phone, like asking her to send messages, call someone for me and even to play my music. The fact that I can charge while on the go is a plus. When I first got them my battery life was five hours, but after a months use it seem to have increased to six hours and I believe the paperwork did say it would increase after some use, but not by how much. Also you can download the PTL app the will allow you to easily register your headphones, you can also track the location of the headphones (would have worked with the lost ones had I paired them to the app), the app will also play a sound in the headphone so that you can locate them that way as well and one of the best features I think is the fact that you can update the firmware from the charging case with is great, no need to connect the headphones to a pc. Overall these are a GRRRRRRREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, pair of Bluetooth Headphone/Earbuds I liked them so much I even purchased my wife a pair for Christmas.

Great add on to Jaybirds
More comfortable bud tips for when you aren't running. I don't recommend them for running. The seal is great for noise cancellation.
