“I have a Yamaha RX-V4A receiver. I believe this sub will connect with the male to male cable currently connecting to the 8” Yamaha sub. Just want to make sure that’s correct before I buy it and that it will be worth the bass upgrade?”

• Yes, you will only need a male-male RCA subwoofer cable to connect this subwoofer to your Yamaha RX-V4A's Subwoofer PreOut. In general a 12" subwoofer will have a higher output and wider frequency response (range) when compared to an 8" subwoofer.
