“How are these for a 2 channel system? Looking for something that works for wide range of genre and two channel system. Best buy doesn't have their demo set to play just these speakers so hard to tell what the sound is like.”

Mids and highs are great with these speakers. Not much bass, but I listen to everything from Journey to Jayz and these always sound great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The sound is really good. An apartment living would be filled with the sound of these speakers. You can always upgrade later. Just ask a Magnolia guy at Best Buy what Amp is sufficient for this, for me I think 50 watts per channel would do. I found in Dyna Audio podcast a good guide to place your speakers. Also look at that Klipsch 600pm , they're 6 inches driver if I'm right.
