Hard lesson learned on my end as well. New model of speakers (reflected on klipschs website but not at Best Buy) shows that they removed the keyhole. I purchased mounts off of Amazon to accommodate these speakers. Here is the link to the mounts I used. https://www.amazon.com/Mount-Universal-Clamping-Bookshelf-Mounting/dp/B01MZE0O8U/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?keywords=klipsch+speaker+mount&qid=1573572562&sprefix=klipsch+speaker+&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExMFY1NjRMV1NHNlA1JmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwOTE5ODExTThYU1BMUzc5SEFIJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA4Nzc2ODlOR1ZRWUdSS0xKTzEmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9zZWFyY2hfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ== I hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, yes, there's a reason, the picture of the dishes with the keyhole corresponds to a different soaker model which is a smaller size, the the speaker with the keyhole is the R-41M that comes with a driver of 4"
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mostly because of the port on the back gives you better sound quality. Another reason is they are supposed to be positioned on bookshelf stands at ear level while sitting for the best listening.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you mount them flush to the wall, you will block the bass port on the back and the speakers will sound bad. Use speaker stands or a mount that holds the speaker away from the wall. If you must mount directly to the wall, but a front ported speaker, or sealed speaker.
