Yes. Mine are hooked up to an Onkyo as well... They sound great! Dolby Atmos sounds awesome.

Yes. I use these as my left and right channel speakers. Just remember to go into the menu the reciver and still pit the speaker size to small. If not you could damage the speakers.

You can use these as front L&R. Just be sure to get them to ear level. I'd also get a proper center to go with the fronts instead of a sound bar.
