How do you change the volume on the speakers ? null

With the AV Receiver you are using to power them. These are un-powered speakers so they source of the sound determines the volume.

This is a passive speaker, meaning you would need an AVR or an AMP+DAC where the volume control would happen.

You have to have an audio source like your receiver. The receiver controls the volume.
