Will these work with an echo device? null

Not unless you’re receiver is compatible with the echo device. These are not independently powered

The R-820F tower is a passive, non-powered speaker that will need to be connected to a receiver/amplifier that supplies close to 150 Watts per channel at 8 Ohms. Depending on the inputs of that receiver/amplifier, an Echo device an be connected.
