It comes with everything you need. Download the app. Scan the blue tooth hub and the lock and it should work.

Please contact your home security provider directly regarding their instructions. Any app related questions will need to be directed to your home connect dealer. If you do not have a dealer you would need to purchase a Zigbee home automation system and the Smart Code with Zigbee from either Control 4 (control4.com) or HAI. Smartcode zigbee door locks are not connected via internet and are not Wi-Fi enabled devices. Smartcode locks are equipped with zigbee technology. In order for a zigbee device to work, they need to be paired to a zigbee controller. The controller is the main gateway to control all your zigbee devices that are enrolled to the wireless mesh. Some controllers work off your existing router via an Ethernet cable while others work through GSM radio (like cellular phones). You need to research different controllers in the market and find which one best suits your needs.
