- Answer You might not get the power push require for the device, I would use a sands usb flash memory stick that requires no power.

QuestionWhy can't I see the drive or any of the software that comes with it?When I plug it in, I do not see anything drive noted.

- Answer First make sure that your USB drive(s) are working by testing them with another device. I highly recommend having reliable internet connection at the time of installation. I tried downloading mine for the first time on a roadtrip in a Zaxby's. The WiFi was not that great and I had to complete the installation process at a later time. If I remember correctly you had to install the Porsche Design manually by searching for the file. Then you have to format it to FAT32 or NTFS depending on your usage needs. After this the program should take you through all of the necessary actions to install and download so that you can see it on your desktop or in your programs menu.

QuestionHow do I know what amount of storage I need to back up my Mac? It is a family computer and the main thing we have to back up is our iPhoto library.

- Answer It depends on your mac hard capacity. Back up external hard drive should be more than your mac's hard drive capacity.
