“Why can't I see the drive or any of the software that comes with it? When I plug it in, I do not see anything drive noted.”

First make sure that your USB drive(s) are working by testing them with another device. I highly recommend having reliable internet connection at the time of installation. I tried downloading mine for the first time on a roadtrip in a Zaxby's. The WiFi was not that great and I had to complete the installation process at a later time. If I remember correctly you had to install the Porsche Design manually by searching for the file. Then you have to format it to FAT32 or NTFS depending on your usage needs. After this the program should take you through all of the necessary actions to install and download so that you can see it on your desktop or in your programs menu.
