“Is it hot to the touch? I had another Lasko oscillating heater for over 10 years and it stopped (got my use out of it). I'm looking for another one that would heat up my husband's man cave and doesn't give an odor. Any suggestions??”

No, it is not hot to the touch. Initially there was a bit of a smell, but no, it does not give out an odor. I recommend this.
