• A:Answer Great question! For all of our eBikes, including the XP4, the tires are not tubeless. They require standard inner tubes to operate, and we do not currently offer a tubeless tire option. If you are looking for added protection against flats, many of our riders choose to add Tannus Armour inserts for extra peace of mind on the road!

• A:Answer remove the tire, patch or replace tube, after repairing use flatout in the tubes, I use that with inserts and I've never had a flat since .

If the specific promotion for the bike you ordered mentions a fast charger, that will be included in the box instead of the standard charger! Please keep in mind that some free accessories included in our bundles may ship separately, so don't worry if they aren't all in the first box. As for the speed, the fast charger is designed to cut your charging time significantly. It should take about 3.5 hours or less to reach a full charge!
