Q: QuestionSpecs say that there is a automatic timer that you set to have the machine turn off at 60, 90, or 180 minutes. Is there a way that you can set it so that it can stay on the whole time you are sleeping and turn it off when you wake up?
Asked by CW.
- A:Answer Yes, you can turn it on and off as you please.

Q: QuestionCould this machine be used for outside traffic noise on a patio?
Asked by VickiH.
- A:Answer I've purchased 4 of these sound machines; 2 for a niece and nephew and one each for my son and me. Our apartment is on the bottom floor and, at night especially, I could hear every time the people upstairs went to the bathroom or their squeeky bed and it would disturb my sleep. This tunes all that out. My niece uses it to tune out the busy street noise from her apartment in LA so getting to your question, I would think it would work for patio noise too. Don't know if it's made for outdoors so I would bring in each night. It has an assortment of fan sounds. I didn't think I'd like it as i was gravitating to the rain, ocean sounds but I use this every night. Very pleased.

Q: QuestionThis device stops a neighbor that wants to listen to his neighbor in an apartment?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I would imagine so. This is the same kind of machine that are put in therapists offices so that conversations remain confidential. There are 10 different levels of white noise available to choose from (which is what is used at a therapist's office) and a volume level to set how loud you want it to be.

Q: QuestionHow do you set the timer on the electro fan evo? How far should the fan be from the bed be? Does this device give headaches? Does this device increase blood pressure ?
Asked by mari1968.
- A:Answer There's only 2 options. It stays on until you turn it off or if you hit the bottom half of the on button it will shut down in an hour. It isn't a fan, it's a sound machine, so you can put it as close or as far away as you want. I've never gotten a headache from this sound machine. And it's very soothing. I wouldn't say it would increase blood pressure.

Q: QuestionHow far from my bed should it be? Also has it been known to give headaches or raise blood pressure?
Asked by Mari1968.
- A:Answer I have mine across the room. You do not need it next to your bed. while we are stuck inside, my neighbor in the efficiency above me stays in one place all day long and drags Furniture across her uncarpeted floors. As it's right above my head I may move it to deal with that particular noise. I'm not a medical expert but I don't think it would cause headaches or raise blood pressure. I find myself much calmer and sleep much deeper and much better at night. Don't feel the stresses that I used to feel especially during mandatory stay-at-home!

Q: QuestionWould this machine be loud enough to drowned out partners snoring?
Asked by Rene2014.
- A:Answer Rene, this is a appropriate question. Depending on the snoring volume, the machine might help if you have it close to you or the snorer. Personally, it does not drown out my partner, but she is a periodic culprit.
