Will this work on 2013 Nissan leaf null

If it is the same type of connector, yes. I believe there are only two type of connectors. Those for Tesla and all else. I use mine on a Kia EV6. Hope this helps. And hope Best Buy pays me for asking to answer the question for them. Lol
