“Is there any type of account setup with Tesla? I thought there was a charge for new Tesla owners to charge? If it does cost money to use a Tesla Destination charger, how much? i know a Super Charger can't be used with this since it's only rated to 40 kWh”

• No. Fees for destination charging are set by the owner, or location where the charger is installed (most of the time it is like a flat valet fee, or you pay for parking, but nothing extra for the amount of charge). Tesla doesn't charge a user for a destination charge. The only place Tesla imposes a fee for charging is at superchargers - and you understood correctly, this does not work with any version of supercharger.

• At Tesla Charging station there is a charge and it will not allow the charge threw this device. Now any home charging stations are full game and no problems.
