“Is it possible to pre-order a physical copy of this, and NOT receive the steelbook case? I hate steelbooks, and definitely don't want the one for this, but I still want to pre-order, so that I can have it shipped to my home, the day it comes out.”

• Unsubstantiated, but my experience pre-ordering was that it *appears* to be a separate add-on (my steelbook ships after fulfillment of my game shipment), so I’m *assuming* it is an extra feature and there is still a plastic case.
