Yes but it could be tricky depending on where your power, HDMI and cable outlets are mounted and how long your power, HDMI and cable cords/cables are. If you mount behind a stereo or entertainment center it is merely a function of length of cables. I think the wall plates allow you four slots to run cables through so they are secure.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes if the cord is in wall rated. I purchased these while under construction and put pvc pipe with glued on elbows along the studs to always have a clean run for my cords. And I top them off with these covers.

If you would like to run power behind the wall, we recommend one of the below kits, which includes an in-wall rated non-metallic sheathed cable which is code compliant and safe to use.
