QuestionWhat are the full instructions for this product? Please share the PDF/URL of instructions/specifications. I don't see them on your site and your shipment process erroneously puts labels all over the item, including the instructions. Thank you.

- Answer We measured the length desired then cut the cover with a jig saw. We then peeled the adhesive cover off the cover and attached it to the wall (make sure that is exactly where you want it to be because there is no moving around once it is attached). We then placed the cables inside and closed it up. Same thing happened with regards to the stickers when I purchased mine!

QuestionI ordered these and the package arrived already open. All the ends of the cord covers were rough and had plastic strands like they had already been hack-sawed. My question is when purchased brand new and unopened should the ends of these covers be smooth?

- Answer I am not a pro but I imagine that you could open the cover, screw the back of the product to a surface, lay the wires in and close the cover which would hide both the screws and the wires.

- Answer Try spraying something that cats don't like, such as a citrus smell to keep the kitty away, check with your oxygen supplier as well, for your's and the cats safety.

QuestionHow can I remove this without damaging my wall?

- Answer Heat gun, dull knife, hair dryer if you don't have a heat gun, will help it come off without ripping top layer of drywall and paint off. Otherwise, just pulling it off will likely rip off the top layer of drywall and definitely paint. It has for me in the past.
