Q: QuestionDo you have to drain the battery completely each time before charging? Thanks.Do you have to drain the battery completely each time before charging? Does it lose battery life if you charge it before it is completely drained? thanks.

• A:Answer Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. You do not have to drain the battery completely per each charge. We suggest you do this when charging your battery initially. Repeating the process a few times allows the battery to reach its full capacity. If you have further questions, please let us know! Thank you
