Hello, thank you for your inquiry! Replacement battery model #LBIT40X is an extended battery, and is compatible with IBM 92P1058. However the voltage on this battery is 10.8V. We also carry replacement battery model #LBIT40 which is compatible with IBM 92P1058, but its mAh is 4400 with a voltage of 10.8V. The extended battery (LBIT40X) has a mAh of 6600.
