Laptop will not be new. Some parts might no be original from the brand since they replaced them. I would recommend to research in Google the brand and model of the refurbished laptop to check if there is any known issues before buying. Sometimes you can find very good deals. The bad things that can happen are: laptop chasis my be damaged (since it is a used item), some hardware parts might not work as expected, limited warranty is given
