“Is the ram upgradeable to 16GB as stated in the specs? I understand 4gb is soldered but can I swap the other with a 12gb is that does exist.”

• This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM the open slot can support is 8GB, for a total system RAM of 12GB.
