“Can it run lighter games like csgo, rocket league, overwatch?”

Yes, some lighter games should have no problem on this system. You may have to reduce the graphics a little bit, but it can handle many games. CS-GO should run like a champ, although I haven't tried it. I also think this system would handle Rocket League just fine. I have run World of Warships, Mad Max, Supreme Commander Forged Alliance all on this system

That will depend on the requirements of the specific games.
