Is there expandable RAM null

No, the maximum RAM for this device is 4GB.

I will have to disagree with the Lenovo expert. According to www.crucial.com: http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Lenovo/ideapad-110-%2815-inch%29 8gb is the max so most likely the 4 gb has to come out and be replaced with one 8 gb chip. Correct me if I m wrong.
