Can this laptop run adobe photoshop efficiently? null

"Wow it's so cheap!" Celeron processor from the Nokia Windows phone is in this... and a 500GB vintage mechanical "spinner" hard drive, so tremendous lag if you tried Photoshop,and a mouse pointer that's stuck on "flipping over hourglass" for long periods of time.

Check with the software publisher for their minimum/recommended requirements to run their software, then compare those requirements with this system's configuration.
