Try connecting to WiFi before you turn on security. If it will connect, your security settings are blocking the WiFi signal and you need to adjust the security settings first, then try to connect to WiFi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you are referring to safe mode in windows. This si is for testing to diagnose problems,and it likely is the reason you dont have wifi. Try starting normally,or in normal mode to see if that helps. if not, there could be many things to cause a problem ,like network setup between the laptop and your network,just to name one. Hope this helps. It is hard to know what to tell you while not knowing any more info.
