- Answer A certified technician can make the upgrades you mention. A certified technician must do the work, so as to not void the warranty.

- Answer All work on this system must be performed by a certified technician so as to not void the warranty. The RAM within this system is DDR4-2133MHz SoDIMM. Best Buy should have the RAM you need and the Geek Squad can install it for you. Check with the Geek Squad for details.

- Answer A product description for the same laptop but in another website states: Light up the night with a true gaming backlit keyboard. Choose from two levels of brightness control and set the mood right another epic encounter. So my guess is that bestbuy just missed that one on the details.
