This model comes with a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365. You do not need to install Microsoft Office software, the software is already installed as part of the Windows 10 operating system. After the 30-day trial, you will need to activate the software with a purchased product key from a compatible version of Microsoft Office (version 2010 or newer). The compatibility of this device with specific games and programs will depend on the requirements of the games and programs. We recommend you check with the game and program software publisher's web sites for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Sometime it will show the shockwave crashed but it fixes itself before I have to "reload" the game. It has a nicer image and I am happy with this laptop. Thank you very much. :-)
