How much ram can be add? null

16GB in two slots. So two 8GB modules. Ram as well as the harddrive is what Lenovo considers a CRU "Customer Replaceable Unit" so how could the expert say that it will void the warranty?

A certified technician can add up to 16GB of RAM to this system. Work must be done by a certified technician or the warranty could be voided.
