QuestionHow do I open the DVD to install something when pressing the V-underlined doesn't open it?

- Answer On the edge of the cd/dvd door Left side, you may have to gently pry/ help it with your finger nail, while you press the V- underlined. You may have a cd/dvd that is stuck or there are times the door is jammed, by the shipping. If this little trick doesn't work you may have bigger problems and suggest you have a pro look at it. I hope this helps!

- Answer There is one open slot on this system. The maximum RAM for this system is 16GB od DDR3. Yes Best Buy Geek Squad technicians are certified by Lenovo to work on this system without voiding the warranty.

- Answer All work on this system must be done by a certified technician so as to not void the warranty. A certified technician can increase the RAM on this system to 16GB of DDR3 RAM.

- Answer usb ports- 2 in front, 4 in back. warranty- Lenovo has it online, buy extra from best buy. any probs- have geek squad and all worries gone.
