Is it able to have a RAM upgrade/replacement? null

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 12GB. There is 4GB soldered to the motherboard and another 4GB stick of RAM within the one RAM memory slot on the device. Your certified technician can replace the 4GB stick with and 8GB stick for a system RAM total of 12GB.
