“How do you connect two EXTERNAL monitors to it? One is working fine with the HDMI port. The second one isn't recognized using its USB-C port to HDMI? I've tried multiple USB-C adapters and nothing works.”

There is no video signal going through the USB-c port, only the HDMI-Out port. This system can support only one external monitor plus the device screen for a total of two screens.
