“I took the SD card out of my audio recorder. It will not insert in the card slot on the side of this laptop. Fits fine, then gets stuck. Is there some trick to this? The card should just slide in & click like on every other device with an SD card slot!”

This model has a 4 in 1 D card reader built in that is compatible with SD, SDHC, SDXC, MMC format smart cards. Be sure the card you are inserting is compatible with this device. Second, be sure you are inserting the card the proper way into the reader slot.
