You should be able to use your Dell monitor. You will not have touch screen capability. Not sure what model Dell you have but the Lenovo is backwards capable. Hope this helps.

As long as your monitor is either Windows 10 compatible or OS independent, and connects to a computer via either VGA or HDMI, it should work with the Lenovo IdeaCentre 510A Desktop, model number 90HV001MUS.
