“I bought a Lenovo computer a technician installed it to me after he left I found out there is no sound or audio coming from my old speakers. is it possible for me an 81 years old man, to fix this problem? if yes how? or what you advice me to do? thanks”

First, be sure the audio is turned on, at the speakers, if there is an on/off switch on the speakers, then at the computer itself. You can check the computer audio settings by left clicking on the Windows Menu Icon at the bottom left of your Desktop screen. Type Sound Settings in the search window, then left click on the selection - Sound Settings from the list. In this screen you can see the volume level the computer audio is at. Be sure the audio is on and the volume is set for around 20. You can also click on the Troubleshoot button for more tips and directions.
