Does this desktop come with a 1 year warranty? null

Yes. There is a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty, covering OEM hardware issues.

Yes. But if you buy from a reseller (not the manufactuer) the warranty start when the reseller gets the unit. I had to jump thru hoops to get them to adjust my warranty start date to the date I purchased the desktop.
