Yes it does come with camera, it pulls out from inside the screen by pushing on it.

Yes. It is in a hideaway, dropdown attachment at the bottom of the screen.

Camera yes,web cam ?Although haven't really explored all the bells and whistles.

Yes. It is under the screen in the front. You push the center and it pops down as shown in the picture.
