“I have 2 Monitors and hooked them into the back of this computer but only one is working or recognized by the computer? Do I need a dongle for it to work? If so why is there 2 places to hook up a monitor? They have the same pin connectors count and color.”

This system has been configured with a discrete graphics card. You will need to connect both monitors through the graphics card ports. One VGA connection and one HDMI connection. The other VGA port is connected directly to the processor and utilizes the integrated graphics processing on the processor only, not the graphics card.
